Through the Gainwell Cares Giving Program, we give back by partnering with nonprofits that share our passion for helping people lead happy, healthier lives. And we take care of our own through an Employee Relief Fund designed to help our colleagues during their hour of need. GAINWELL CARES GIVING PROGRAM Our Giving Program provides grant assistance to nonprofit organizations that share Gainwell’s mission of using innovative technology and solutions to deliver better health and human services outcomes. The Giving Program supports our communities in six ways: • Builds strong, thriving communities where Gainwell employees live and work • Promotes healthcare equity by providing access to quality healthcare for all • Addresses healthcare disparities in underserved communities • Develops innovative technologies that change the way healthcare is provided • Focuses on health and human services, including diversity, equity and inclusion • Provides aid and support to communities impacted by natural disasters EMPLOYEE RELIEF FUND Our people are the heart of Gainwell, and we want them to know how important they are to us. The Employee Relief Fund extends a safe pair of hands in times of need. If recent events have taught us anything, it’s not to take things for granted. We know that unforeseen things can happen at any time. And sometimes a little extra money can mean the difference between a tough situation and an impossible situation. We hope that nothing unfortunate ever happens to any of our team members. But if it does, then we, as their Gainwell family, want to be there for them. To help our colleagues cope with an unforeseen hardship that places financial stress on them and their families, we created an Employee Relief Fund. Grants range from a minimum of $250 to a maximum of $1,500. All grants are tax-exempt.
